    Details: Ravensmoor lich room upper surface at top unable to deco. Its a key place to put something not sure why we can't deco up there.
    Steps to Reproduce: place dungeon part and go up the stairs to the platform. unable to place anything at this location. See debug info for cords in my dungeon. thanks.
