Raymond - Red Cloth Quest

2. Reproduction Rate: Unable to reproduce - quest locked me out.

4. Details: I tried to report back to Raymond that Martin was the start of the issue, but when I went back the game had not remember Raymond's nameplate, so when I first entered dialogue I typed 'name' to be sure I had the right NPC, but I wasn't paying attention and his first response was to ask who did it, and if I didn't answer right it won't give you another chance. I think the bug here is two fold, first it should remember his nameplate since I met him before and second, the third quest response option shouldn't be anything other than the first two, it should be a discreet response to prevent accidentally botching the quest like I did.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Tell Raymond anything other than Martin or Harry.
