Recall Not Being Interrupted by Combat

    Title: Recall Not Being Interrupted by Combat

    Reproduction Rate: 25%-ish

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) Partial

    Details: Casting recall and entering combat doesn’t always break the spell. The ability to interrupt the spell becomes impossible and the character will recall anyway.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1) Have a recall scroll

    2) Be nearly in combat before the monster trains on you.

    3) Cast recall

    4) If the monster engaged in combat before recall is complete, the character can enter combat but the recall doesn’t get interrupted.

    5) Player can attempt to manually interrupt, move about, etc. and interruption doesn’t occur.

    6) Player eventually recalls.

    User Specs:

    AMD 8350 w/Geforce 970, Windows 8.1, 16 GB RAM, SotA Release 511.

    I will submit this issue for review, but it may be caused by the new interrupt maths that have recently come on line. I know that @Chris plans to adjust interrupt chance and interrupt window throughout the next several releases. Thanks so much, @Datendrache
