    I agree with those who think teleport and recall shouldn't be available when encumbered. I just wanted to mention, I was able to move nearly 9000lbs of loot from Lux Sanctuary through eastreach gap to the blacksmith in owls head and it took me 24 minutes to crawl there. I don't think there is a limit right now to how much you can move, which seems like that could be a problem. It seems to max out at -75% movement speed. Has anyone carried enough that it maxes out at some point so you can't move at all?
