Recall to Brittany lands me in the gate

I recalled to my house and found myself in the gate when I arrived. Just thought you would like to know.

 

@Duncan O. McDermott Is your town lot in Brittany or another town?

 

it is a row house and yes it is in Brittany, just not in the gate.

 

This is happening as designed. Right now, we have it set up so that recall takes you back to the area where your house is.

 

In the gate as inside the gate walls? Or at the gate?

 

@Lord Beaumaris Do you mean the gate that leads to the overworld map or some other gate within Brittany?

 

I was curious if the context was understood, and maybe its just me that misunderstood it. I was asking because the bug reported someone finding themselves "inside the gate" and the reply was that was intended. But if they were physically materializing "inside the gate" as stated, that would be bad.

 

Not to add more voices here - but the last time I recalled to my house it placed me directly at my lot, not at the entry to the zone.

Teleport to friend puts me at the entry to the zone.

My last teleport to lot was at the end of r30/beginning of r31 so I cannot say if that has changed.
