    Title: Recipe: Clay Pipe is missing from merchants.

    Details: Clay Pipe recipe is still missing from merchants. Assumable that it would be available in Owl's Head, Aerie, and Resolute blacksmith NPC's like the Metal Pipe recipe. I've checked around other NPC towns, too, and found no recipe.
