Recipe vendors missing from Solania?

    Used to be that there was a recipe vendor in the Solania crafting house, also the weapons merchant used to sell blacksmithing recipes and doesn't any more. The alchemists and the cook both still have recipes. I know we should now be getting recipes as loot drops, just wanted to check that this is an intended change with the updating of Solania?

    This sounds like a bug from the rework they did in this town I would report it.
