Recovering rewards does not recover anything

Title: Recovering rewards does not recover anything

Details: I went to the banker and tried to reclaim the rewards. I received the "You have successfully claimed new rewards." dialog, which I close with the OK button.
Looking at my bank content I did not see anything new. By the way, previously all new items were highlighted in green. No green lines this time (maybe you changed this ?). And as the only rewards I am expecting are COTOs and a new cape, I'm pretty sure that nothing was added in my bank.

@Kliirkast Did you receive a title, recipe, or emote? Those won't show up in your bank.

 

I see no reasons for receiving titles, recipes or emotes.
Actually I'm a localizer. I'm expecting some coto's as payment for the localization work so I went to the banker and tried to reclaim the rewards. I received the "You have successfully claimed new rewards." dialog, which I closed with the OK button. But as I said, no new items were received.
