    Title: Red colored fringe in overworld looks like combat damage warning
    Reproduction Rate: most of the time in 513 qa
    Blocker? no
    Details: on overowrld the picture has a red fringe like there is combat damage
    Steps to Reproduce: go to overworld, see red fringe on view

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 12212
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 740 GPU RAM: 2018
