RED marked items in inventory - can't stack them with white items

Details/Steps to Reproduce: I started a new online Avatar before last release.
Opening the Inventory shows items in red:

Looks like concerning all items we got from beginning Scene at Solace Bridge!

Beside the red Arrow (392), my Inventor has:
Arrow
Arrow (1.002)
--> even both are white, they can't be stacked.

Other Quest Items are yellow:

@Paladin Michael, that shade of red marks items that are flagged no-trade. no-trade items not being able to stack with tradeable items is not a bug. i believe, though a dev would have to confirm, that these starter items are flagged no-trade partially to keep people from making a profit by repeatedly creating characters, moving all the starting supplies to a different account, and deleting, and partly to keep new players who don't realize what the things they've been given are for or worth from getting rid of them and then finding out they need them.

I recognized this the first time, and can't remember an information in release notes.

Ok. Beside that, still confusing:
I got 3 kind of Arrows: 2 white, 1 red colored (okay, I understand now).
I couldn't stack the white Arrows...

So, may be this is a bug.

 

check the values: you may have some that have a value in gold and some that are zero.

 

I tried it.

Seems to be about weight. But it's also confusing:
2 white Arrows, not possible to stack together. No Value shown.

If I take an arrow from the bundle (Weight 10) it shows weight 0.
I suppose, the amount is behind the , not visible, so the difference could be the weight...
