    Title: Mailbox Wont load
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? YEs
    Details: When I click on the mailbox, it starts to load then hangs at the Loading screen.
    Steps to Reproduce: I have tried this on three separate mailboxes at three separate lots.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor (12) System RAM: 32699
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8088
