Refining Recipes

I may be blind, but can anyone tell me where I can find refining recipes like Yard of Leather and Cotton thread from scraps?

I've traveled all over checking various tailor vendors and have no luck, I played very little before wipe, but I'm sure I actually started with those recipes before.

Some normal crafting vendors should have these starting recipes. I saw at least the Yard of Leather in Soltown.

 

have you tried just using the know recipes and see if they still work?

 

I don't have those recipes in my recipe book, so unsure what you mean Weins201....I'll look in Soltown again.

 

Nope, zip in Soltown, the Blacksmith is currently broke and wont talk to anyone, the Tanner is unresponsive also.
