    If I talk to all the elves that want help before I talk to the leader, and get this quest, I cannot complete the quest and its locked in my journal.

    On my other characters, I made sure to talk to him second, after they guy that tells me to talk to him, and the person who gives me the quest to get the betrothal band clears the quest, but I already given the band to the person cuz I had tped to someone in blood river outskirts and gotten it along the way, and cashed it in right away.
