I don't think so, but you should try to reach support@portalarium.com

What don't you like, the house on the lot, or the location of the lot in general?

if you don't like the house itself, you can get another. the shiny part of that upgrade is the village lot deed. there are other row and village houses available from in-game merchants, or other players, or craftable. no need to spend more real money to get something you want.

I wouldn't think you could revert it. I'm not understanding why but that is up to you to say or not. You could sell your village bundle deed which goes for quite a lot of cash. I players who bought and sold tax-free for $600 just for the deed. Then if you want to downsize to a row bundle you could just purchase from a player or get a bundle again for the row price with cash to spare

I know this doesn't help you now, but in the future consider the following.

It's usually a great idea to visit the town east of Soltown I think it was. A little island, full of all the kinds of houses.
That way you can see what the house you want to purchase looks like in game. They are usually excellent about adding
brand new houses to this area to.

The actual name of the place is called Hometown. I need to check out the 'new' viking pavilion again myself.

if support can't help and you're set on that one, it's on the crown vendor in vertas.

If you do love it you can place a row house on a village lot. Another thought is to Try advertising for the house on the market place here on the forums. Perhaps you can even trade for one.

Which elven row house? The 2-story, the 3-story or the 4-story?

I will check my chests and see if I have it, if so I could simply trade you.

However the elven row house are on the elven Crown Merchant in Vertas.

Although I'd say you are more likely to get it for cheaper by asking for it in the Player Marketplace.

With that said there are a lot of things that is moving from the addon store over to the crown merchants in game.

You can use your Village Lot Deed on a Row Lot.
You can use your Row House (whatever it might be) on your Village Lot. (and that gives you a lot of yard space).

The way I am reading it is the village house is not to the OP’s love of the Four story elf row house they had before

I don't think these are the issue. I believe the OP is well aware of where the house can go, prefers the look of the row house over the village house, and regrets having upgraded the house when upgrading the bundle.

Nope. When you upgrade the Bundle you get a flag that you can upgrade your Row home into the basic Village home.
So if you do that then your Row home is gone.
Hence why he was looking for one while he said he liked the new deed size. He wants to have his old Row home placed in his claimed Village lot.

This whole upgrade thing is silly BTW. You are "upgrading" a home which cost $100 in the store to one which costs $25.

I don't think that Portalarium has thought this one through. Since when we have tried to bring it up in telethon Q&A their responses has been as if they don't see why that would be an issue. Since Village>Row.

When I upgraded my bundle, I got all sizes of row houses, 2 story through 4 story, the elven village house that is 2 styles in 1 and the elven town tree house. Do you not have the row houses in your bank?
