Regular crashes when changing scenes

    Title: Regular crashes when changing scenes
    Reproduction Rate: Every few hours.
    Blocker? No. I just restart the game
    Details: The game will start to display odd graphical glitches (missing inventory items, scrambled UI, ect...), then crash when changing scenes. *This was happening with 16MB of RAM. I went to 32MB and haven't seen it yet...
    Steps to Reproduce: Play an hour or two and change scenes.

    Im also getting multiple crashes changing scenes, few times logging in, used my fleet flute and it crashed and few other odd things. all drivers up to date only game that does it.
