    I can log in to both forums and main site so i have the right username and password.

    Changes via "forgot passwords" affected forum password, but would not work in game. I logged into my account, changed my password in the profile. This worked, and I was able to get into the game. Hope it helps.

    YaY so very excited, i woke up this morning after spending yesterday in the hospital to get the go ahead on installing and patching, i am currently at 37%... sooo excited.. i also told my husband to get his nose away from my computer so he couldn't see what i was doing LMAO!!! yes this was prior to seeing that there is infact NO NDA therefore he CAN see what i am doing.. but i like to be a brat... a very overly excited MANIC Brat =D

    I seem to still be having the "Unable to connect to the server" problem, It's not even getting far enough to tell me if my password is correct or not :D

    When I run the installer, a message pops up, saying, "Could not access network location Portalarium\Shroud of the Avatar ." Did I arrive too late, or is this a communication problem?

    If installation/patching part of the launcher is critical first impression, then it's bad because I can't even connect to the patch server.

    Edit: There are also people who have reported the bug, but no solution it seems.

    This is getting frustrating. First server errors - now it won't accept my password. I've reset it and it still won't accept it.

    Well, just got home from work 15 minutes ago... still getting the same message, "unable to connect to server" that I got this morning. Before I left for work I uninstalled SotA and re-installed and left it patching. Rebooted pc, same message. Is the server down? I'm at Alpha Build 46

    ^ It seems some of you are having some issues the majority are not. Just a few minutes ago I logged on and was playing with absolutely no problem!

    So it's 5:30 AM and my brain is not working, but...

    Game crashed - no big deal, client software generated a dump folder and files, and suggested it would be great if I sent those in - I agree, but... to who, where, and how? It didn't give any clues for that, and I honestly don't know how to do this rather important stage of things.


    Anyone able to tell me what I'm failing to see?

    Those seem to be the bug reports we fill in ourselves though - this is a directory of dump files and logs the system created...
