    Funnily enough, I was doing exactly this; I'm up too 1650 Mb (1.6gb) and have been running a constant 130 kb/s all afternoon; it looks like a pretty healthy take up of the pre-Alpha so far ;)

    Is anyone else having any issues with seeding? I left the launcher open and it was fine for a while but now it's not uploading anything at all. I suppose it could be that no one is downloading it right now but that doesn't seem likely.

    Installed on multiple machines, one inside a sandbox (using the sandboxie software) and it worked flawlessly in all cases.

    1) The seeding didn't work at all, it just sat at 0
    2) The patcher should have an option for launching the game when done which defaults to OFF; it shouldn't, by default, launch the game when done I don't think

    Anyway, the whole process was very smooth.

    Tip: On Windows 7 click the time in the system tray, click "Change date and time settings", on the "Additional Clocks" tab enable one of them and set it to (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada). Now when you click on the time you'll have local and SotA clocks.

    I'm getting "Error during update, couldn't connect to patch server" message. Can i install sota with these torrents? Or is there a torrent file for the game itself?

    There is no NDA. Feel free to share videos/screenshots as you please! And to repeat Starr from an earlier post "Our only request is that you try to keep them positive. Lots of pics and vids of bugs will not help us gain more support for the project." :)

    With the regards to seeding, it seeds for a while and then just stops. Then I have to close the launcher and launch it again. It's a bit weird.

    I had that happen too... relaunching the Launcher seems to restart the seeding process.

    For me it keeps happening. Doesn't seem to upload anymore than 30mb. I was hoping to leave the launcher open all night and tomorrow. Is anyone else having this issues besides Dermott and I?

    I have the same problem. I can never seed using the Launcher. I've had it up all night and it's sitting at 0 KB/s. I have uTorrent running in a VM on that same machine and I've already seeded 7.3 GB.

    I'm having the same issue - run the .exe, and absolutely nothing happens. I tried redownloading it, still nothing. I'm running Windows Vista.

    As I'm sure you realize I was having a bit of a laugh. We all get it at the same time - just that our time zone is so far ahead of the US it will be around midnight for us when it arrives. Ah well, something to look forward to Friday morning :)
