yes. not sure how that looks from the pov of a lowly guild member, but i started a new char in my guild of one and she showed as leader, the only name in the list. it may be whichever logged on last

And it's a small thing, but The New Britannian Museum is happy to see some of the clothing pieces that wouldn't stand up are now displaying like the rest of the expired equipment pieces

 

Congratulations. Just noticed the new update on front page looks really nice professional. Loved it.

 

Hmm.. The only reason I'm thinking of doing a char on a second account instead of the same one is I think it would be fun to be able to assign the two characters different offices in the guild, for RP purposes. Meaning how the differeny characters are represented to other players.

 

@DarkStarr Is it intended that town criers no longer seem to offer the ability to reset your current task list, perhaps related to the "Invalid Quests Automatically Fixed" ? There is a reported bug here about it.

--edit - Nevermind -- Looks like this was removed in R51.

Ahh.. my bad, I didn't notice that! I looked through the release notes for both R51 and R52 and didn't see it mentioned.. dang it.. can't delete my post either.. oh well.

 

Hooray! Finally, the LAUNCH! Thank you @DarkStarr for posting memorable update, you must've felt something inside when you're posting this. Hats off to Lord British and all Portalarium devs for all their hard work!

It's an impressive list of additions for this release. Congratulations.

However I cannot help but feel disappointed on handling the physical goods.

Until last release the statement was to ship goods directly after the release - then we had the warning that Chinese New Year (beginning of Feb) was causing some delay. Now I read in the Release Notes that the art for the manual is still being produced and that shipping will begin in Q2.
Given that physical rewards were an important part of the original pledges more (and early) information would have been nice. (Or did I miss this?!)
Also, @DarkStarr does "begin in Q2" indicate shipping in early May or can shipping start as late as end of June?

I have been waiting for Blood bay lots to become available and would love to put a small lot of farmland there for my guild.

Can someone point out what would I require deed-wise to make that happen and who is the governor I would need to speak to about it?

For now, the Govenor is just a Dev who will come online occasionally and set up lots (although the plan was to eventually replace this with a quest). You just need to find one that is available and claim it with a lot deed. I believe either POT or Place Anywhere deeds will work in Blood Bay.

In the future will there be banners or shield with just a letter or number? Are the heraldry banners background dye able?

 

I can't seem to find the name entry thing for the credits page. Does anyone happen to know if that is on the main account page or the profile section where you update your mailing address?

I also can't seem to find the credits on the webpage - that might not be live yet but it looks like the entry tool should have been there since R51.

 

My understanding is that you have to go through a system to make one, and I would be happy if it turns out that the inherent restrictions in the general heraldry system make everything come out with somewhat decent actual heraldry, as opposed to an abstract logo.

Those who had the early pledge rewards get to upload whatever they want as an image, and I'm fine with that.
