    Apparently it's because the files contain multiple items and only some are patched, but Steam can only replace entire files. Are those "other games" both large and made with Unity?

    Yeah, let's hope that's not possible. I mean, from a story standpoint, they're bad guys, and the robes are meant to reinforce that. But to anybody outside looking in, it's already a little hinky. Allowing players to actually run around in white Klan robes is asking for trouble at a time when the game can ill afford bad press.

    Yeah the similarity between the Atavist robes and KKK robes is a little disconcerting.

    I assume the dev team intentionally wants to associate the Atavist with hate groups.

    I absolutely love having the Atavists! Great parody of the hateful xenophobes we are seeing IRL everywhere. Don't give them power. IRL even less than ingame.

    I'm a bit disappointed about that one. When my tiredness at posting this release after release again has faded, I will post another bug report about clothing issues that are still not solved. It is better, yes. At least the cloaks don't cut you in half anymore. But there remains very much to do in this field.

    Are you meaning game patches are a set of file deltas when on the client but Steam forces entire files to be downloaded?

    Downloading multiple gigs of data for a minor bugfix patch is pretty bad.... And absolutely horrible for anyone with data caps
