Relog While Dead In POT Does Not Spawn Res Ankh's

    Crashed while dead in POT, when I logged back in the resurrection ankh's were gone.
    Seems that the game does not check to determine player state (alive/dead) on login, and ankh's only spawn when death state is triggered.

    Marked this as blocker, because it is really, but player can res by going to overland map.
