I use a password manager to randomly generated passwords unique to each site. Since the (non-steam) game client login requires the website password, it is a pain point to enter a secure (randomly generated) password each time you open the game, which requires opening your password manager and copy-pasting it.

Can you add a method to remember your authentication state? Something simple like a "Remember Password" checkbox would suffice, or something similar to Steam sign-in, which remembers your authentication state and doesn't prompt you for your password every time you open it.

Does copy and paste not work?

That would be the aforementioned pain point.

I use a password manager (KeePassXC); I right click my SotA entry, click "copy password", click the password field in SotA and press ctrl+v.

Of course that works. I'm pointing out there is a pain point when entering the game that can be eliminated. There is a reason secure websites with good UXs don't require customers to enter a password every time they want to use their service (think gmail).
