    Title: Renaming Vendor Fails
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: i have been trying for 3 releases to rename my vendor but it does not work.
    Steps to Reproduce: right click vendor, select "rename" enter new name and click "submit".
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16328
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.509.Date.11.18.16
