rend display on other clients

    Title: rend display on other clients
    Reproduction Rate: 100%, i think.
    Blocker? no
    Details: @margaritte put a rend on a practice dummy; it's 0-20something. what i see when i select the practice dummy is 0-3, even as it's spitting out 25 damage a tick.

    this is not specific to my client (or OS): i put a 0-17 rend on it and she saw it as a single digit. this is pretty consistent and observed since at least april, i just couldn't figure out where the weak rends were coming from. turns out they don't exist.

    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.18 ManjaroLinux 18.0.0-rc 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4430 CPU @ 3.00GHz (4) System RAM: 15990
