Rend effect has negative number count, greyed out icon below name

    Details: When Rend is used by NPCs, the effect persists with a negative number count up to -59 seconds then resets at 0 and starts over.
    Steps to Reproduce: Fight Rouges and Swashbucklers in the Twins that use Rend and observe the effect afterward.
