Rend not refreshing timer.

    If I place Rend on a target then a few seconds later I hit Rend again I think it should refresh the DOT on the mob. Ive been watching it this morning and it doesnt appear to be doing that (not consistantly anyway)

    It seems to be refreshing for me, keep in mind that it only has a chance to apply a dot.
