Repeat sentence after asking Samael where Min Liang Tan is

    4. Details: After your first conversation with Samuel he says you must find Min Liang Tan and ask him about the Keystone. When I ask Samuel "Where is Min Liang Tan" he gives me the answer, but then also says the last line "I have found being too enmeshed in politics is bad for business" at the same time. Samael already said this in response to "Min Liang Tan" earlier in conversation. I think the name is triggering the double response.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Ask Samael where Min Liang Tan is.
