Report from Resolute to Ardoris

    1. Title: Report from Resolute to Ardoris
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? : yes, stops from quest being completed
    4. Details: I got the quest and went i talked to Captain Cugel in Adoris he just responds with "What foolishness are you on about?"
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Get package from Resolute and head to Ardoris and talk to Captain Cugel and type "I have a report from resolute" like it says in the journal.
    6. User Specs: Windows 7
      CPU: AMD FX 6100 Six-Core 3.31 GHz
      RAM: 8GB DDR3
      Video: AMD Radeon R7 370 :: Dual Screen

    Just tested this today. Issue persists.
    Could there be some sort of flag issue with my character? Character is ACryInShame Journeyman.
