    Going to need more info since I couldn't repro this on my end. Were you on a specific quest? Did you finish all your quests and you were just running around killing vigilantes?

    @Lexie all I did was kill a few of the vigillante guards.. sadly because loot doesnt show in the chat logs I cant pick out when I actually got it, as I auto loot more often than not before its evendrawn the list.

    Nope I just went there for a laugh .. no quests related to the zone at all

    I may have picked up one from pinneas towards the end

    I was auto looting too, but for sure I picked up one unknown by killing a vigilante near the stone tower with the mimic (which is location in my post). Cannot recall if I had quests Blood river outskirts active, but I had already turned in one wine bottle, and on previous build, I had turned in the battle plans to the head elf. I have not done in other quests in blood river outskirts (that I know of), unless i got it while just clicking through dialogue (& not reading it o_O - which I do a lot)

    I am not sure when I can get back on to test further :(

    @Rinaldi is your coordinates in your bug post right where the mob dropped that had this unknown loot item?
