[Repro needed] butchery-batching materials skills not levelling past 16

    I've tried relogging, verifying files and even waited a day in case this was going to be fixed in a new patch but so far I can't get the butchery batching materials t0 go past 16.

    I encountered this problem, with Batching Materials - Butchery locking up at 39.
