This isn't happening on my screen at this location. Is this still happening to you?
Do the VFX just not ever load on your screen?
What video quality settings do you play at?

I'll have to check... we might also ask @Andartianna , it's her town so perhaps I'm not the only one noticing this. I also have the same thing happen in Jade Valley which is the haunt of @Mal Hari

I hope I'm not the only one that sees this ;p

 

I can confirm this just now. I was able to fix it by replacing the ones that did not have their lights showing.
