Title: Fire visual continues for 2 seconds after using bucket OR the DOT running out

Details:The fire visual continues for long after the DOT runs out (3 seconds!) or is removed via a bucket of water (2 seconds). It goes out instantly with Douse.
Steps to Reproduce:Light yourself on fire, then use the water bucket, or let the DOT run out. Watch how much longer it takes for the FX to go away.

The fire visual isn't lingering for me in build 671. I caught myself on fire and let it ran out. I used fire from NPC attacks and environmental damage. It ended at the same time. Let me know if you see it in the next build please.

I'm still experiencing this, 2 seconds after it's off, whether I put it out or it runs out on its own.

I am using a campfire this time, no fireballs in Penmwar I think.
