Title: Health regen not working
Reproduction Rate: Once
Blocker? No, but not ideal for combat
Details: Not sure if this is scene related or just combat related. Entered a new Desert Encounter (Scorpions) and after fighting I noticed that my health was not regenerating. This includes devotional buff Blessing of Sacrifice, heal over time spells Soothing Rain and Healing Grace, and just innate regen in general. I also tried casting Healing Touch and Healing Ray on myself, that didn't work either. Also, I had a summoned water elemental (which usually casts heals on me when needed) and although I see it casting on me, my health does not increase.
Steps to Reproduce: Go into Desert Encounter, go into combat, take damage, see that health doesn't go back up by any means.

Are you able to reproduce this issue? We're not seeing this occur after a quick test.

 

I'm back at my base testing crafting of the new recipes. I'll go back out in a bit and try to repro.

Right after posting the bug though, I noticed that I was seeing some healing, but it never went over like 365 HPs (max was showing as like 611)... so I was just over 60%.

 

@Attenwood review the bug reports on this issue on past releases too. The problem is not repeatable, it just happens. We have tried many combinations of sun magic, strength of earth, and other buffs to try to reproduce but it pops up unexpectedly while out adventuring. @Lexie has been working on it too.

376/431, tried healing touch twice (see chat log) heals failed to land with any value (but cast successfully). When I fought something in this state, my max HP starts at 376 (took 3 damage, 373 hp). Took damage, healed up, got stuck at 376 again, so it doesn't 'feel' cosmetic.

2nd image - shield of crystal cast, tried to heal, same result. Once in this state, you seem 'stuck' with the max hp displayed and 'effective' max hp aren't calculated correctly and somehow mismatched.

Edit:
Had it happen again after relogging to the menu. Was in a group with another who is seeing my health as full, not partially filled. This time its 436/437 (was close to a level up). Did not have shield of crystal up when the bug triggered. So I would guess something client side representing max hp getting oddly set?

Steps to Reproduce:
It almost felt like something with shield of crystal landing around the time I took damage, but I can't say with certainty.
