[Repro needed]Mist is out of sync with player view rotation on overworld map

    Title: Mist is out of sync with player view rotation

    Details: As I rotate my view the mist moves unnaturally, see screenshots below. Note how through the second to forth screenshots the river alternates between crystal clear and covered in mist even though my avatar is not moving
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.10 Fedora 24 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 32099
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 6144
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.502.Date.05.17.17

    Please let us know if you still see this in build 504. We had lots of mist and smoke fixes as of late, and I could not repro this. I appreciate it.

    Still seeing weirdness with fog appearing and disappearing with camera rotation in 612, however I crashed when trying to take screenshots of the issue.
