[Repro needed] Players in Blood River Outskirts Appear as Blank or ?

    Title: Players in Blood River Outskirts Appear as Blank or ?

    Reproduction Rate: Low % (player logs out and back in and it works fine)

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) No

    Details: When trying to view the friends list, a friend was in Blood River Outskirts but appeared blank. Same player appears to be in “?” when the teleport menu is up.

    Steps to Reproduce (requires two avatars):

    1. Avatar one is in Blood River Outskirts, not flagged PVP, in multi.

    2. Avatar two is in a different scene, in multi.

    3. Open Friends menu

    4. Observe: Friend is online but in a blank scene.

    5. Use a teleport scroll to open dialog box.

    6. Observe: Friend is in a “?” scene.

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 526.

    We will need a repro case of this in build 527, if possible. This scene has an issue that was resolved very recently and I suspect it is related to what you saw here. We'd like to rule that out.
    These are also difficult because not many are online on QA server :/
