[Repro needed] Shield of Crystal not castable...

    Title: Shield of Crystal not castable...
    Reproduction Rate: 100% as of today.
    Blocker? No.
    Details: Shield of Crystal not castable even though I have the required reagents.
    Steps to Reproduce: Put Shield of Crystal on one's combat bar, and it's greyed out.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor (6) System RAM: 16285
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 4053

    It still intermittently is greyed out for me, but I can't seem to figure out why, as it is also not always greyed out for me. I also have no inventory items locked, nor do I have any other shield present on me when it is greyed out. The only thing I do have enabled is the Strength, Dex, and Int buffs, which I always have on. I will try to reproduce the issue consistently next time I play, and provide any additional re-production steps I discover.
