[Repro needed] Small animation delay after using fleet flute in scenes.

    Title: Small animation delay after using fleet flute in scenes.
    Reproduction Rate: 90%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Avatar glides without animation for a couple seconds right after using fleet flute.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use a fleet flute in scenes.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit

    I'm sorry, but I could not repro this with the fleet flute - either walking or standing still, or starting to sprint after finishing to play...
    Is anyone else seeing this?

    I'll try on a different PC here in a little bit.

    Here's a little more info that i probably should have relayed.

    I have the settings turned low as possible on the machine I was doing it on. I also have a sheet music song placed in my utility bar when I activate it. I usually stack sprint and Dash just before I press 4 a few times (which is the slot the sheet music is in).

    When I tap 4 until fleet procs, I quickly follow it up by pressing escape to put the flute away the animation hangs while I move (while running).

    Sorry for the lack of detail.
