[Repro Needed]Teleport scroll red in inventory

    Title: Teleport scroll red in inventory
    Reproduction Rate:Once
    Blocker? No
    Details:

    I was teleporting around a lot to test other things, and suddenly my last remaining scroll was red in inventory. It was still usable through the glyph, but not via inventory.

    The last magical movement was via Recall. I didn't see if Teleport was red before I did that though.

    Relogged, and it turns out I have 2 scrolls left! It had showed up as only 1 while red.

    Steps to Reproduce:Teleport around a lot?

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 32603
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8110
