[Repro needed] The Undead Avatar

Details: There has been multiple incidents were I or Avatars in my group have been stuck in place were they can't move or use the free attack. If you receive fatal damage you become the Undead, where your stands in place with zero HP and your ghost wil get attacked by npc's and you can't be revived, in order to get back you have to log. You can also still type in party chat. It happens when you are fighting a npc that can stun you. The places were this has taken place is in the monkey room, and the rise fighting the troll on the bridge.
Steps to Reproduce: fight a npc that is can stun you, and it might have to do with jumping to get out of stun. not sure though.

@Lightiger8 I'm not able to repro this. Are you still seeing it? Getting stunned and trying to free myself right at death doesn't always trigger this, it seems.
