Title: Vertical tears in Isle of Storms skybox
    Reproduction Rate:Repeatedly
    Blocker?No
Details: If you look NNW off the edge of Isle of Storms, directly from where you start, there is a lightning storm. It's causing vertical seams in the skybox to show up when it flashes.

The storm moves, so it won't almways cause this.

I was going to try to post a screenshot, but it's like trying to photograph lightning, very difficult to time. That also makes it not very noticeable most of the time, but I thought you should know it's happening.

Steps to Reproduce:Stare at the thunderstorm off the Isle of Storms until you see it starting to light up seams in the skybox.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 32603
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8071

Yeah, that would be hard to screenshot. It's okay.
I suspect this is fixed in 554, because I watched the lightning carefully.
If it still happens then (once that build hits QA) I'd like to go into the video settings in case there is a specific setting causing this.
    Thank you

We can take a look in Video Settings, I just did it again. I think it even depends a bit on where you are standing.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 32603
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8071
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Win.64.555.Date.09.24.17
    Area: IsleOfStorms/Begin
Area Display Name: Isle of Storms
    Loc: (53.6, 17.9, 20.2)
    Debug: SXNsZU9mU3Rvcm1zfEJlZ2lufCg1My42MDUsIDE3Ljg5NiwgMjAuMTg0KXwoMCwgLTAuODczLCAwLCAtMC40ODgpfDEyNC4zMTYyfDE1Ljc5NDM0fDEuMjU=

At that location, I'm looking at the left upper of the two floating rocks, NNW.

    It's only when lightning goes.

It's around the left rock, I don't think the right one. And when the lightning moves off to the right, that means you won't be seeing it until the lightning comes back left.

    Resolution: 2560x1017
    Quality: Fantastic
No antialiasing, no peripheral lighting, not fullscreen, everything else is on.

I made it fullscreen,I'll see if it's still happening.
