Resest my Quests - now the Brigid Amulet quest in Resolute doesn't resolve

ISSUE IS RESOLVED NOW - NOT A BUG
I thought I had hit every available keyword already, but going through them again did the trick and closed the quest.


I reset because I had three tasks in my journal in Ardoris, the Shogun and Empress story, that could not close out. So now, going from the start, i did the Battle of Highvale this morning, found Gawain and took the healer to him. He gave me the amulet for Brigid in Resolute. Went there, talked to her, clicked the amulet keyword, she popped open an inventory window. So I dragged the quest amulet from my inventory to hers and clicked "Give Item". But the quest won't resolve out of my journal.
