Resetting Quest thread - is there any down sides?

My Journal is all messed up. And has been for years. I have a lot of the "stuff" from quests (town house deeds etc..) many don't update anymore and some are just broken.
I don't remember being able to reset a single quest line and that you had to reset the entire journal.

I guess I am asking for best practices on a reset and what, if anything, will I lose (aka what are the down sides) of a reset

 

You keep your deeds but do not get them again if you complete a 2nd time. As I understand it you lose everything else, virtues reset to neutral, and all your tp locations need to be rediscovered.
Side quest rewards, virtue armor, banners, etc are kept and you can get them a second time. I believe it also may reset your first time crafts, so; good for crafting xp once.
