    Create a thread with a clear title that describes what the idea is about. Only one idea per thread!
    Please specify either in the title of the thread (if there is space) or at the very top of your post, what type of idea it is, For example: Housing (Houses, Lots, etc)

    Be sure to include details about your idea. Devs, and or players may reply to your thread asking additional questions, so please be willing to provide more details.

    These would be POT placable vendors with the following features:

    1) Anyone with an claimed lot in the town can place buy/sell orders
    2) They have a 300 buy or sell limit
    3) All orders have a 30 day limit
    4) If any item is on the vendor for more than 30 days, it is removed an mailed back to the owner
    5) Town Stewards/Owners can remove/expire any item at any time
    6) Town Stewards/Owners can block anyone from listing on the vendor

    I like this a lot! I think there should be a limit of listings per player and maybe a more frequent expiration.

    10 listings per player max would be nice to prevent abuse .
