    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Launching the game into borderless windowed mode on a 4K monitor always launches into the wrong resolution. Does not remember correct res after correcting it next time you launch. This is a repeat from R24.
    Steps to Reproduce: Launch in borderless fullscreen mode on a 4K monitor.
