[Resolved] 10750 COTO's unable to claim, or gift.

    Title: Unable to claim rewards in game
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: Purchase $85 worth of crowns (10750), fail to receive them in game, also unable to gift to another account.
    Steps to Reproduce: login, look desperately for your COTO's in bank, rewards tab, or inventory, nowhere to be found.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your COTO's in game. Most players should now be receiving rewards in the game. Earlier today there was a blockage. If you still haven't received a reward in-game, your best bet is to contact customer service.

    I'm not privy to your account details, but I've been told that the reward in question is awaiting a customer confirmation, and that you will be contacted by customer support.

    My husband tried to gift me crowns as well so I could upgrade my town. The email to accept never got sent to me. We tried multiple times.

    He actually made the gift purchase yesterday, and tried to re-send again this afternoon during livestream time. Each time I never got a response and yes, spam was checked.

    *Update: So this turned out to be a Yahoo mail issue. Don't know why they don't like Port, but I was able to get gifts through gmail, but not Yahoo. Didn't even hit spam in Yahoo. Don't know if that helps, but just letting you know. Thank you guys so much for the quick response to my husband and trying to help too.

    There was an issue with rewards being blocked from delivery in the game on Friday. That issue has now been resolved. The original poster to this thread has had his issue resolved through customer support.
    If you choose to gift your reward to another account, be aware that there is a confirmation process through email that must be completed. Once the gifting process is started, the reward is not available for redeeming in-game until the gifting process is completed.

    Same issue. I sent rewards to myself but have not received them. (No email notification). The charges show up on my Credit Card though. Also, I contacted customer support 5 weeks ago and am still waiting for a reply on another issue.
