    Title: Unable to trigger troll encounter on novia if player stay on novia map too long
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details:
    Keep fighting troll encounter, exit the scene, and wait for the troll encounter respawn on novia map. After a few cycles, the troll will ignore my avatar on novia and unable to trigger any troll encounter scene.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 (6.1.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 32715
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 GPU RAM: 1960
    SotA.Win.64.1198.Date.05.06.20

    Still exist in this release after keep fighting the troll encounter for 4 or 5 times. I have no spawn protection and the troll does not approach me or I cannot trigger the troll encounter.

    A second troll should appear on the overworld. Not right away, but after a couple of minutes. @Chiasma , have you tried interacting with both trolls, and does the problem exist with both?

    I will try to test it again when there are not many people around. I see two trolls around but there are other players fighting for troll encounter as well.

    When this issue happens, I have to enter and leave other scene to fix it.
