I tried to plant garlic seeds in garden beds...

I got through the animation of sowing & then watering...
Nothing is planted or watered
& nothing is removed from backpack

 

This MIGHT be from have the bed to close to something. When you hover your mouse cursor over 1 spot of the bed, does it turn green? If it does not turn green, see if there is enough room to do the planting on the bed. Even if just a edge of something, a door, a pillar of a wall, anything is hanging over the edge of the bed, the whole bed is unplantable. If this is the case, move the bed away from what is covering it, or close the door if its a door till you see the spot go green with the mouse cursor over it. Once one spot is green the whole bed is good to go.

 

This was at my house (copied to QA)
On Live, I have something growing in these same beds constantly, so it was definitely not because they were blocked by anything.
I even tried the ones, that only had a garden bed next to it, with no lights or decos near them at all.
When I tested 2 days ago, they were definitely broken (unplantable)

I will get back in to QA & re-test.

I have patched Version 781 & I can confirm that :

• I CAN harvest plants.
• I CANNOT sow seeds & due to this, there is nothing I can water. (I cannot test if watering works on growing plants, as my plants are all at harvest stage.)
• I CAN sow seeds one at a time, using the "green unused soil" square.

I am 100% confident, that my garden beds are not "blocked" by anything over-hanging.

I was hoping to test in this release, that @Chris had managed to include the long talked about change to buckets of water for Agriculture.

 

Ahh ok, well dam hopes thats fixed before it goes live.

 

This was a problem with R60 which I posted a bug for. Beds were they always were. I harvested and then no green squares. I had to move my beds away from the wall. No there wasn't anything above them blocking anything. We'll see if it's addressed for R61. If not, bug report it. If you haven't moved your beds like I did, try it after the release.

An update for you @BurningToad
I patched up #782.

I have some "mystery" banana seeds planted in my garden (Guessing that was you or someone else who came to test)
So I thought, "awesome, it's been fixed!"

But alas, for me, there is no change.
EXCEPT I could water the banana seeds with watering skill & harvesting is working using my radius.

I am still unable to plant "mass" seeds, using sow seeds skill.
I can still only plant 1 seed at a time.

Maybe the build you mentioned will be #783 & not the current #782? (Timezone differences are a hassle)

Alas, there is still some funkiness going on with agriculture.

I cannot plant in the area where I am standing (see bug report above)
Watering & harvesting icons "grey out".
Changing to the area where you planted bananas make no difference. The icons remain unusable & I have to re-log to regain any functionality of the agriculture icons.

For those of us who garden daily, this is a potentially HUGE issue.
