    We have to perform some hardware maintenance on one of the servers. Downtime estimated to be no more than 60 minutes.

    Ive been playing this game for 16 months and this is the first time I have ever seen a request like this. As an IT guy for 25 years, I can tell you that you guys are doing an absolutely awesome job at "uptime" so you have my full support :)


    For sure in the 99.999% area

    Oh heavens no. UO had multiple crashes DAILY, server reverts regularly. This is a walk in the park compared to that.
