[Resolved by player] Necropolis Path of Love Quest with Spirit Talker Samael breaks upon death

I entered Necropolis after talking to Samael and having him follow me. He was in the Necropolice with me but I died in the antechamber just after the first set of spikes and he disappeared. I ran through all of Necropolice unable to chat with the "King of the dead" because Samael was not with me then continued to leave and try again. I walked all the way back to Necropolis and chatted with Samael again hoping he would re-appear in side Necropolice and he did not... Not sure what to do as it seems the quest is broken at this point

 

Never mind. I found a "Summon Samael" paddle and he re-appeared. I didn't recall getting notified that I received it, I just so happened upon it in my inventory
