    Title: Can't cast any spells that can fizzle
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Equipping any spell with a possibility of fizzle disables the spell and increases the fizzle display chance by a large amount
    Steps to Reproduce: Unknown - just started happening to my character. Tried logging out, closing the game, changing zones, swapping gear, and changing decks. Same gear/spells were working a couple hours ago.

    Nevermind, this behavior was due to locking the reagents in my inventory so I didn't accidentally sell them to a vendor.
