[Resolved] Can't talk to merchants in Resolute

    I can't interact with the merchants in Resolute. Double-clicking on them or using the action-key has no effect.
    I have talked to them all before and got all their names but now they are all showing generic labels over their heads like "merchant", "commoner", etc.

    I don't know if it is like this in other cities.
